This dress is said to be black but it is actually charcoal grey. In addition as others have commented it is not for the modest. After I made the decision to purchase I realized this dress is mostly shown on flat chested women. I returned it because (a) I thought I was buying a black dress and (b) adding a second hook and eye would have destroyed the lines of the top portion of the dress.
