Absolutely love this! The dress has a ton of stretch, and fits perfectly without being to tight. I have a DD chest and often have a hard time finding dresses that aren't too tight on my chest or draw attention to my stomach. This lays so nicely it doesn't emphasize any of my problem areas. The pattern is awesome and I will totally be ordering more cow cow dresses in the future. I usually wear a 16/18 with 40DD chest. I ordered a 3x and it fit with extra room in the chest and under the arms.
